If you are using a DBM file for your session database, perl may be defaulting
to a different DBM format. You might have to remove the old file and let
Radiator create a new one.
In any case, a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) would be most
helpful, together with a trace 4 debug showing Radiator updating the session
database.
