Yes - this is easily accomplished with an AuthBy EXTERNAL after your normal
AuthBy. Something like this:
....
# configure normal AuthBy followed by AuthBy EXTERNAL for credit check
<Handler ....>
AuthByPolicy ContinueWhileAccept
<AuthBy ....>
....
</AuthBy>
<AuthBy EXTERNAL>
....
</AuthBy>
</Handler>
