You can do the same thing with SQL - just define DEFAULT users as you have
above:

DEFAULT  Calling-Station-Id=xxxxxx

DEFAULT  Calling-Station-Id=yyyyyy

etc.

Note however that this will get slow if you have lots and lots of
Calling-Station-Id's.
