almost.
Because you want Calling-Station-Id to be a check item, you would want it to
be:
username Auth-Type = System,Calling-Station-Id = "111222333"
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-MTU = 1500
(assuming of course that your NAS and telco support Calling-Station-Id)
