I have just posted to Pete the following, and could I ask the same of you:
We have had a few reports like this recently and we would appreciate all the
information that you can give us. Could you please tell us what platform you
are running on, both hardware and software, and also send us your complete
configuration file (no secrets) together with an example trace 4 debug showing
Radiator's operation.
It may also be useful for Mike to log in to your system to have a look at
first-hand. If this is acceptable to you, he will need a login for either
telnet or ssh.
many thanks for your assistance
Hugh
