There is no reason to expect this sort of problem and this is the first we have
heard of anything like this.
Could you please send me a copy of the configuration file (no secrets)
and a trace 4 debug showing the above messages?
Also please send the list of modules replaced and the date of the patches
archive file downloaded from the web site. Before doing the make install, did
you copy all of the .pm modules into the Radius/ directory? And I assume you
are installing the 2.14.1 patches onto the 2.14.1 release?
