The patches tar file has all files in the same place - you need to unpack the
tarball somewhere and then replace (usually renaming the originals first) the
files in the corresponding Radiator directories, then do the "perl makefile.pl
install".
The dictionary file(s) needs to go in whatever directory you have specified for
DbDir in the configuration file.

Some way off yet I am afraid. However there is a new version of Radiator coming
out in about 2 weeks time.
