You can use radpwtst to send an Accounting-Stop to Radiator which will delete
the sesssion from the Session Database. 

What hardware and software configuration is the NAS? We have just been working
on a fix for a similar problem with Portmaster 4's, which have altered the way
the NAS-Port is encoded in Radius accounting requests.
