pppRcvTerminate means that the ppp session closed itself properly
remoteEndhungup means that the line was just hung up
There is a complete list of "Ascend-Disconnect-Cause" and
"Ascend-Connect-Progress" in the file
dictionary.ascend in the Radiator 2.14.1 directory. The same lists are now in
the file dictionary.ascend2 in the Radiator 2.14.1 patches area.
