(RADIATOR) How to split between normal users and ISDN users

Hi,

I'm using Ascend Max6000 for ISDN users and for analog 56K dial up users.

I want Radiator to reject normal users who connect with ISDN modem.
But those normal users should be able to connect with analog modem (56Kbps
or below).

The ISDN users should be able to connect with both analog or ISDN modem.

Can I do that with Radiator ?
How ?

Please advise.
