I would be interested to see a Trace 4 debug, to check the timestamps on the
various events that are occuring. If Radiator is responding correctly to the
accounting packets within a reasonable amount of time (sub-second), then I
would suspect a bug in the Cisco IOS. You could also turn on the Cisco's debug
mode (don't remember the exact syntax - something like "debug aaa ....") to try
and see what it thinks is going on. I would also suggest you check the wire
with tcpdump or snoop or a LAN sniffer to verify that the packets are indeed
being transmitted.
