I'm afraid I don't understand the question - what dictionary are you using? For
the standard Radiator dictionary I have the following:

ATTRIBUTE       Proxy-State             33      binary

VENDORATTR      166     Shiva-Bandwidth-Trap    33      integer

VENDORATTR      5     Acc-Modem_Error_Protocol        33      string

VENDORATTR 311 MS-ARAP-Challenge                33      string
