I would suggest the problem is due to accounting stop records not being
received. You should have a look at a trace 4 debug to verify this. If you are
not getting the stop records, it is difficult to know what to do - I presume
you want to maintain your session database to limit simultaneous use? If this
is not an issue with the Telecom connections, you could configure a second
session database with no restrictions just for those connections.
