I have some changes that could possibly be cleaned up enough to distribute
as a patch if there is sufficient interest. They add another type of
"simultaneous-use" checking, except that instead of blocking a user from
logging in, it drops all the other (or enough to get below the
limit) users logged in and lets the caller on(*). It does this checking
at the accounting start, which means it can tell the difference between
multiple session and mulit-channel sessions. B
The code is only a few hours old, but it seems to be working as expected.
(*) If it isn't obvious to you why this is useful, you probably don't want
the patch. It's to solve a behavioral, not technical, problem.
