Lots of people have requested this sort of thing, but unfortunately it is
something that could only be implemented in the client PPP application, not
just the radius server.

We have seen a number of customers implement filters for "deadbeat" accounts
that only allow them to get to an administrative web page where they can query
their account status (and pay their bills...).
