Here is the exact syntax for an example user who is not allowed to call the
number 3334444:
hugh Called-Station-Id = /^(?!3334444)/, Password = "hugh"
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP
This "negative lookahead assertion" is documented in the last paragraph of
section 13.1.18 in the Radiator 2.15 reference manual.
