The dictionary is required for all Radius packets to do the translation from
the binary values in the packets themselves, to and from the ASCII
representations that you and I use in configuration files and so on.

The dictionary itself is just a text file and the standard dictionary provided
with Radiator is a compendium of most of the major vendors definitions. If you
need to add definitions, it is simply a matter of editing the file with your
favourite text editor and adding the relevant lines.

Note that the standard Radiator dictionary includes USR (vendor 429)
defintions. Also note, however, that vendors are constantly adding new
definitions to their dictionaries and so we are alway eager to hear from anyone
with new definitions so we can add them to ours.
