Hi,

I'm in the middle of upgrading Radiator here and rebuilding the config
file.  I'm getting a bit more familiar with it, but I need some advice to
handle one of our special cases.  We have one T1 of lines for
"problem" customers that just have issues dialing our normal lines.  

I would like to put these folks in a specific (unix) group (later I'll be
moving all auth to a mysql db) and let them be the only people that can
call that specific number.  I get DNIS info, so I can see what number a
user has dialed. 

Where should I start?  Just looking for pointers to sections of the
manual...
