On your first point (and previous email) there are example hooks in the file
"goodies/hooks.txt" in the Radiator 2.16.1 distbibution.

On your second point, look for an Accounting Stop:

ie.

<Handler Acct-Status-Type = Stop>

or the corresponding code in your Hook.
