I would suggest that if the remote radius server is going to be authorising
users, that it also do the address allocation and return a Framed-IP-Address.
As to your question above, any AuthBy except RADIUS will work correctly - it is
just AuthBy RADIUS that Forks. You could experiment with the Synchronous
parameter to the AuthBy RADIUS, but this will likely have a severe impact on
performance. Otherwise, you could write a ReplyHook, but that is somewhat more
complicated.
