When you configure an AuthBy SQL, you can set optional parameters for Timeout
and FailureBackoffTime. Have a look at sections 6.25.4 and 6.25.5 in the
Radiator 2.16.1 reference manual.

No it isn't. All I can suggest is that you use the standard Radiator signals to
increase and decrease the log level. When you send a "kill -USR1 ..." the log
level will be increased by one for each signal, and sending a "kill -USR2 ..."
will decrease the log level by one for each signal. Check section 7.0 in the
2.16.1 manual.
