Hello, all
I'm sorry. I should have been more explicit in the info I gave you (my
bad).
The realm tha authenticates this Netservers goes something like this:
(Acct line truncated for clarity reasons)
<Realm>
AcctLogFileName /usr/local/radius/data/detail-%d-%m-%Y.log
AcctLogFileFormat "%H:%M:%S %d/%m/%Y",%{Timestamp},[...]"
RejectHasReason
SessionDatabase SDB1
<AuthBy UNIX>
Identifier SDB1
Filename /etc/shadow
DefaultReply Service-Type=Framed-User,Framed-Protocol=PPP
</AuthBy>
</Realm>
I added Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254 and Framed-IP-Netmask =
255.255.255.255 (I took those from the Livingston radius configuration) to
the DefaultReply and then the TNTs went bad (same symptoms... auth ok and
the drops the connection).
The configuration above works for TNT, Cisco, Portmaster, and Netserver
(total control cards) and HiPer.
I'll try adding a new realm and set this replys in it, then use DefaultRealm
to test the problematic NASes.
Any thoughts? Thanks for your help.
Thanks

What version of Radiator are you running and what dictionary file are you
using? I would have expected to see reply attributes something like this:
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
etc....
You may also have to set up IP address pools on the Netservers and configure
radius authentication and accounting.
