When a simultaneous access is attempted, how do you know? I mean, if you
have Sim use configured so that it is set to 1 and the same user tries to
log in again, does Radiator issue a log message? Or is there some way to
kick off an email or stuff the username in a database with a date/time, etc?

Thanks,
Chris
