(RADIATOR) Duplicate requests

Hello all,

I'm getting many of the following messages on my logfile..

Mon Aug 21 09:33:22 2000: INFO: Duplicate request id 228 received from
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: ignored

Somebody can help me to understand what's happening with the host which
is giving me those messages?
