You will need to find out from Ericsson what are the correct radius reply
attributes to set up a VPN tunnel on a tigris (you will have to do the same for
the Cisco). Then you will need to send the correct set of reply attributes back
to the NAS in response to a VPN tunnel request. There are a number of ways to
accomplish this, but the simplest is probably to use different Handlers for
each NAS (or NAS type), and create the reply with the corresponding set of
reply attributes.
