(RADIATOR) Accumulated connect time

 Hi all!
        
        I want to know if it is possible with Radiator to allow users
        connect only a limited amount of time ( i.e. 20 hours) but when 
        they want.
                Example, user user1@realm can connect when he/she want but
         only 10 hours accumulated.

        Can someone help me?
