Hi everyone,
Is anyone having problems with hung ISDN sessions on radwho with
TotalControl HiPer DSPs?
Everytime an ISDN user logs into a HiPer DSP his 2nd channel does not
disconnect from radwho. I've noticed in the accounting logs that there
is no 'Stop' session for the 2nd channel. Also, the Acct-Session-Id is
the same for both channels. Is this right? If so, how do I update the
radwho.cgi program for this?
This is causing problems for our ISDN users. When a user logs in the
next time around, radwho still sees that second session there and will
only allow the user (1) channel.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Janet
