The standard Radiator dictionary has this:
ATTRIBUTE Timestamp 103 integer
You can either use the standard dictionary, or add the above to the dictionary
you are using. In most cases the standard dictionary is the preferred option as
it contains most of the definitions from the vendor-specific dictionaries.
