It looks to me like you have a mixture of Perl 5.6 and perl 5.005. I think you
should clean up the installation so that you use one or the other.

There are examples in the goodies directory in the distribution, and there has
been considerable discussion on the mailing list so a visit to the archive site
can be very useful. Also have a look at section 22.3 in the Radiator 2.16.3
reference manual.
