Hello Donald,  

try adding Framed-Route="192.168.3.131/27 192.168.3.1 1" on your reply
back to NAS.  BTW, you can also specify multiple Framed-Route(s) later
should you wish to assign addtional network segment in the future.  i
have cases when accounts have 2-3 different Framed-Route(s) and it is
working as expected.

also, i notice this pair Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.224.  do you
really wish to issue a default route of 192.168.3.131/27 routed to
192.168.3.131 excluding the Framed-Route i specified above?  if the
Netmask is correct, and when you query the routes on your NAS, you will
see both routing entries.
