If you are proxying requests to "realm1.com", then I suggest the correct place
to do RewriteUsernames in on the target host for that realm.
Otherwise, if you are using an SQL session database, you can provide your own
queries to use the original username rather than the rewritten username. See
section 6.7 in the Radiator 2.16.3 reference manual.
