There is no mechanism for a radius server to contact a NAS directly, the server
only ever responds to requests from a NAS client.
With Radiator you can return Session-Timeout and Idle-Timeout reply attributes,
but if you want to manually terminate sessions, you will need to use some
external process to log in to the NAS and terminate the session using whatever
priviledged command the NAS implements to do this.
