You can define two (or more) AuthBy SQL clauses, like this:

<AuthBy SQL>
        Identifier SQLAccounting1
        DBSource ....
        DBUsername ....
        DBAuth ....
        .....
</AuthBy>

<AuthBy SQL>
        Identifier SQLAccounting2
        DBSource ....
        DBUsername ....
        DBAuth ....
        .....
</AuthBy>

<Handler Request-Type = Accounting-Request>

        AuthByPolicy ContinueAlways
        AuthBy SQLAccounting1
        AuthBy SQLAccounting2

</Handler>

In general, if you want to do special things with accounting, the use of
Handlers as above make it simpler to configure. The usual caveats apply - don't
mix Realms and Handlers, and the order of Handlers must be from more specific
to more general.
