OK - well, I think that you will have to take a look at the code in
"Radius/AddressAllocatorSQL.pm" and modify it to do what you want. Check the
routines "allocate" and deallocate".

As mentioned previously, the correct answer to your problem is to get a new
version of IOS that fixes the bug.
