It sounds like you have either not installed DBI/DBD-ODBC correctly,
or the DBSource line is not correct. You will also have to add a
system DSN for your database connection.
Have a look at section 22.7 in the reference manual.
Note: the DBSource line should look like this:
DBSource dbi:ODBC:datasourcename
