I think the simplest thing to do is use Handlers.
# configuration for Handlers to check DNIS and NASIDENTIFIER
<Handler Called-Station-Id = xxxx, Client-Id = yyyy>
.....
</Handler>
<Handler Called-Station-Id = xxxx, Client-Id = zzzz>
.....
</Handler>
