I believe you would need to run 2 copies, but one copy could run on the old
ip address and simply proxy forward
to the new ip address's copy, so the new one does all the work and logging,
yet clients connecting
to the old one don't notice anything changed. As its only a temporary
(Transitional change), that should
get you through till all the clients have switched over?

6.4.6 BindAddress
This optional parameter specifies a single host address to listen for Radius
requests on. It is only useful if you are running Radiator on a multi-homed
host (i.e. a host that has more than one network address). Defaults to
0.0.0.0 (i.e. listens on all networks connected to the host).
Using this parameter, you can run multiple instances of Radiator on the one
computer, where each Radiator listens to Radius requests directed to a
different host address. BindAddress can include special formatting
characters.
