It sounds like you have installed the demo version into the Perl hierarchy and
the radiusd executable into a directory that is being searched before the
2.16.3 directory. The only file that is encrypted in the evaluation version is
the file "radiusd". If you run "which radiusd" it will tell you where the
file is that you are running. You will need to replace it with the new radiusd
in the 2.16.3 disribution.
