Using the tag <handler> or using <realm>? I found that <realm> sometimes does
not get accounted for in the configuration.
The usual cause of accounting problems is missing stop records. Realms are just
a sub-class of Handlers, so the code that processes them is identical.
If you need more help, please send me a copy of your configuration file (no
secrets) together with a trace 4 debug.
