There are a several things to be aware of here.

First, your Handler definitions I don't think are doing what you 
expect, as I suspect that the first one (Called-Station-Id) will 
catch everything. You must specify the more specific before the more 
general so as to avoid this problem.

Second, depending on the contents of the accounting packets, you may 
have to change the indexes on the RADONLINE table to make sure you 
generate unique indexes for every entry.

Third, if you don't want certain types of packets to appear in your 
session database, you would be better off defining a SessionDatabase 
NULL for them, rather than a different SessionDatabase SQL.

If you would like some more help with this, please send me a 
description of your requirements and I will be happy to make some 
suggestions.
