As the log says, you are receiving Status-Server requests from IP address
209.165.173.8, and this IP address is not configured as a Client in your
Radiator configuration file. If you want Radiator to deal with the reqeusts,
you will have to configure a Client clause for that IP address. If you don't
want Radiator to deal with the requests, you will have to find the box and
reconfigure it so it doesn't send those requests.
