I'm setting up Radiator to user AuthBy SQL.
I was wondering if AuthSelect wil accept any (complex) SQL query...
And can I define my query in a global var and than say:
AuthSelect MyGlobalVar
By the way....
For any of you wanting to know, I posted a question on how to assign
dynamic IP addresses depending on NAS_IP and Group membership. These
groups are not Unix groups, but groups defined in my DB. I got it
working.
This is what I did:
My usertable has a field called GROUPID (integer).
I added this: ATTRIBUTE Group-ID 1001 integer to my dictionary
With the AuthColumnDef I defined Group-ID as a reply item. Then I used
NAS-IP-Group-ID as my poolhint. Works great! Mail me if you if you want
