i just wanted to let everyone on this list know that during my configuration
of radiator/radmin, all of my configuration problems were handled by hugh 
and mike in rapid time and with the information that i needed to fix my
problems.

even though the most of my problems were handled off list, within 24 hours of
an email i sent to either hugh or mike (that whole US->AU time stuff), i had 
a response and something else to try and solve my problems.

thanks guys, you're doing an excellent job providing support on an excellent
product!
