To temporarily let everyone through I am using an AuthBy File. You can set
up a DEFAULT user, which matches every username, without actually checking
his password (two separate lines):
DEFAULT Service-Type = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
One doesn't have to HUP radiator, the file is looked up every time it
changes.
