As you have discovered, there is no easy way to do this directly from 
Radiator. If your NAS equipment supports the new radius "Disconnect-Request", 
you could use that from an external script, otherwise you will need to have 
your scripts actually log into the NAS and do a forced disconnect.

Your external script would be run at the end of every month and would either 
look at the session database, or just log everone off from the NAS, whichever 
is appropriate.
