I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) as well as 
the trace 4 debug.

BTW - the trace 4 that you sent shows the NAS-Port value to be 0.

Also BTW - the latest version of Radiator is 2.17.1 - you should really 
upgrade.
