The answer to this depends on how the original usernames look when 
accessing the different services. If they are different, you will not 
be able to use a simple MaxSessions parameter. I suspect you are 
going to have to set up an SQL session database, and provide modified 
queries to keep track of who is logging in. Then you will be able to 
configure a DefaultSimultaneousUse parameter for your AuthBy clause.

And yes, if you use a session database, you will need the accounting 
records to keep things up to date.
