(RADIATOR) Looking for words of wisdom

Hi all,

I have to set up a radiator system for a customer, with secure id cards.

My questions is what parts are required, besides Radiator & Radmin? Is
Radkey essential? Any recommendations on secure id card hardware? The
platform will be Compaq with FreeBSD.
