Hello Leon -
This is usually the result of junk in the User-Name attribute, caused by
modems not synchronising properly (or similar). As always, a trace 4 debug is
the best way to see exactly what is happening.
Check the archive for many discussions about what to do, although my
recommendation is to simply reject such usernames rather than trying to
rewrite them.
