As several others on the list have pointed out, this is a NAS setting,
however you can also do somthing like this in the configuration file:
<Handler Acct-Status-Type = /Start|Stop/>
......
</Handler>
<Handler Request-Type = Accounting-Request>
......
</Handler>
<Handler .....>
.....
</Handler>
